Three stories high, three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, central air, cable tv and wireless internet. Fully furnished kitchen. All bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, the third bedroom has a king. Sofa bed with queen sized mattress in living room.

Outside the view is complete with a pond surrounded by trees and a soothing water feature. There are two balconies and a concrete patio for your enjoyment.

Centrally located to just about any where you care to visit in Charleston; 1/2 mile from I26 and 526. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and movie theatre. 15-20 mins by car to the historic district and MUSC

suited our needs and location was perfect

Unit was clean and set up nicely. We were within 15 minutes of everything we came to the area to do. A quick trip to the store allowed us to have all that we needed. One recommendation would be to change out the toilet seat in the master bath. Appeared dirty, but was actually just very damaged. Enjoyed the stay and appreciated Gretchin's accommodating us over the holiday weekend.

Beautiful Home

I wanted to take my grandparents on a trip to South Carolina this year. I wanted this trip to be memorable as possible for the both of them as well as myself. I booked the rental home for my family a couple months in advance. As our time approached in using this facility my correspondence with the owner through emails increased. I will say any questions I had about the home was answered in a timely, professional and courtesy manner. Upon my family's arrival at the home to the time we left everyone was pleased with the facility. The home is beautifully decorated, it was clean, stocked with the listed amenities, and peaceful. My grandfather loved sitting on the back porch during his time spent at the home. My grandmother loved the kitchen. My uncle and I loved the spaciousness and the layout of the home. This rental home is in close proximity to the airport and Air Force Base but once inside the home you rarely notice any noise. My family and I shall return again in the future. Thank You for your hospitality.

Excellent Property in North Charleston.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spacious with plenty of room for the seven of us. It was also very conveniently located to both the airport and downtown Charleston.

Would stay at Lake Palmetto again

My family rented this property for a wedding we were attending in Charleston. It was very spacious and accommodated our family of 4 adults, 1 child and 1 infant well. However, the washing machine didn’t work and I expressed to the property manager, who was very nice, that we really needed it as we have a 4 month old with us and she goes through at least 3 outfits a day. My daughter packed only enough clothes with the intention of washing them. However we had to go and buy her some new clothes to get through the weekend. So ended up having to take all of her dirty, stinky clothes home. The property manager did say he was working to get it replaced but guess he couldn’t make it happen. I was also disappointed that there were no bathmats in the bathrooms, however I now if I had called about them they probably would have brought some to us. When we got there the toilet seat was broken in one of the bathrooms and they fixed it immediately. I would stay at the Lake Palmetto again but would get a unit that faces the lake.

Great Location

Visited with friends and family to fish and play golf. Everything we wanted to do was within a fifteen minute drive. House was clean and there was plenty of room.
