Vikki & the Tennessee Ladies

This condo is absolutely GORGEOUS ! We have been coming to Folly for 9 years and this was the condo we booked on our first trip and have been coming back every year since then and stayed here in the same condo. I don't know if I can sing praises enough about the place and the owner. He is very accommodating and the condo is beautifully decorated and always maintained to the highest level with updates in some way every time we come with the assurance that everything works properly. It is on the 4th floor and the balcony views are breathtaking. You can see the ocean as soon as you open and enter through the front door setting the atmosphere for a wonderful stay. It is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and shops all within walking distance. You are in a perfect location to sit on your balcony and watch some of the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets you will ever experience. There is always about 5-6 ladies in our group and with the gated entrance you do not have any worries regarding safety concerns. We park and take elevator right up to the condo - hassle free. If you love sightseeing you are only about 15 minutes to Charleston for a wonderful day's outing. We are so looking forward to our trip back here in October 2017 and are so appreciative to the owner for everything he has done for us over the years. Believe me you will only have wonderful experiences here and the rates are very affordable. I wish there were more "stars" to rate this condo.

Amazing place to stay! Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect!! Views are wonderful. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Great location, plenty of room for a family of 6 - all adults! Kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you choose to 'eat in', but you are very close to all restaurants should you not want to cook. Owner was fantastic to work with. Gaining access to the unit on check in day was a breeze. Will definitely look to rent this place again. Thank you!

FABULOUS LOCATION and SETTING

We really enjoyed our stay. Very well equipped with all of the essentials. HOOOOOOO AHHHHHHHH! Fantastic location and yes you could probably drop your fishing line into the beautiful Atlantic Ocean right from your very large deck at high tide. Plus a very short walk to the pier along with to the other Folly Beach restaurants and shops. Charleston is very accessible with so much to see and do in your beautiful city. Great property!

This was our fourth stay at this property. Friends visited for first time on Folly Beach and really enjoyed. Owner is prompt in responding. Unit is clean and well maintained. Can't wait to come back again!!

Stunning views and great location

We loved this condo and it’s location right in the heart of Folly Beach. Ron is very responsive and the condo was clean and well stocked for our great week at the beach. We loved the large top floor balcony, it was a great place to relax and listen to the ocean. We would highly recommend this condo and would love to return!!

Everything we expected

This is the third time we have used VRBO, and we have never been disappointed. Traveling with teenagers, we need a home away from home with space for everyone. Not being crammed into a hotel room is a must for a happy vacation! The booking process was easy, and the owner was very helpful. He gave us easy to follow check in instructions the week before we arrived. We arrived to a spotless condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Everyone had their own room and their own bathroom with plenty of towels. Having a full sized washer and dryer in good working order was awesome, even if that did mean I didn't get a break from the laundry for a week! The kitchen was well equipped for simple meals when we felt like staying in and enjoying lunch on the balcony. If we wanted to go out, there were plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. When we wanted to get away from the beach and see some history, Charleston was just a half hour away. Of course there was the beach which was easily accessible and not too crowded, even on the days where the temperature was nearly 100 degrees. We chose to rent bikes, and there were bike racks with adequate space for bike storage so we could rent for multiple days. Overall Folly Beach was a great destination for a variety of activities to please the whole family. The condo was conveniently located near the activity, yet private enough to get away and enjoy a break when we wanted time to rest and relax in the comfort of our home away from home.

Perfect Holiday

My family of five adults had the best stay. It was the perfect amount of space for all of us. Access to the pool and beach was easy and convenient. The condo was clean and well-stocked with essentials. It was in perfect walking distance from wonderful restaurants. The proximity to Charleston and Mount Pleasant makes it easy to go anywhere you would like. We talking about returning next summer for another great week.

Fabulous condo and grounds!
