The space
Unit is on 2nd floor. Must use stairs. (No elevator).
We have included a welcome packet of coffee & condiments, and toiletries to get you started, so you don’t have to head to the store before you arrive! We also have 4 beach chairs, boogie and wake board, games, beach toys, small kids float, beach cart, umbrella and so much more! Bed Linens & Bath towels, as well as 6 Beach Towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Our unit has one large TV in Living Room, Blu-ray/DVD player, Basic Cable and Wifi. We also have multiple games, DVDs, etc in the trunk end tables. The beach items provided, including blanket, beach chairs, umbrella, toys & cooler bag are on the deck, in the cabinet and in the master closet.
Approx 5 Miles from Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, Broadway at the Beach (Rated Myrtle's #1 Tourist attraction), Tanger Outlets, Ripley's Wax Museum, and so much more!! You’ll see why it’s a highly sought after location. Close to SO much.
For the beach, there’s a parking deck at the Boardwalk/Promenade (straight down 501) or for a quieter day with picnic tables, BBQ’s etc, head to the state park. There are multiple $5/day lots if you drive around.

Guest access
You will have entire use of the condo and deck. You also have access to the common areas which include a pool, hot tub, poolside grill and ponds filled with Turtles! (**Seasonal for pool, hot tub, etc)
All guests must have a bracelet for the pool. **Please read rule - no trailers, commercial trucks, motorcycles, etc allowed on property so please read rules*
Interaction with guests
If I am not available in person, I can send someone to the unit. Non-emergent calls requiring a property manager to visit the property will be billed to guests. The minimum charge is $75 if we must send someone out to the unit. Please call or message us if there is a problem as most issues can be handled over the phone.

Both Debbie and the management company were quick to respond to all of our needs and inquiries. Absolutely amazing place for a vacation! The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The area was very safe and quiet with beautiful golf course views and conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and attractions. We had a great stay
We had a great stay at Debbie’s place. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. All the necessary amenities are available. There were beach chairs and an umbrella that was very useful. The place is in a nice, quiet area only about a 10 min drive away from the beach and the attractions of Broadway at the Beach. Lots of great dining options in the area and also grocery stores for staples or if you plan on cooking. We all had a wonderful time.Melissa
