The house offers 7000 sf heated space and 2500 sf of stone paved decks. There are 3 Master bedrooms with vented fireplaces, showers and Jacuzzi, + 2 more bedrooms. Two full size kitchens, wood burning fireplace in lower living room. From May 2019 will have Access to MACC County club facilities

Unbelievable experience at a 5 star Getaway
Can't say enough good things about our time at Liviu's! Spectacular views. Expansive house with three large levels (big enough for a big family retreat...where everyone had enough space to relax and not feel cramped). Pure luxury. Close enough to Asheville to visit, but far enough away to be away from it all and completely unplug. Liviu took great care to ensure we had a tremendous experience. Would highly recommend!!J. S.

Great Thanksgiving with family!
We took our children & grandkids to Burnsville for a Thanksgiving holiday. The weather was beautiful, enjoyed Linville Falls and caverns, shopping in downtown area, mountain trails, s'mores on fire pit, and spending time together. This home provided great accommodations for our large group. Kitchen well equipped & living areas very comfortable. Lots to do for kids ages 17-4. Would recommend this home for any occasion.Jenny K.
Great location, plenty of room
We enjoyed our stay in the Mountain Air country club in this house. There was plenty of room for our party of 14 to spread out, and the room configurations fit our blend of two large families with kids plus grandparents and single uncle. There were some "punch list" type things that need attention--some cabinets that hadn't been cleaned out, some funky plumbing--nothing major that affected our stay dramatically. I think that the cleaning crew perhaps is not doing its job as thoroughly as it could. Overall, this is a good house for a large, multi-generational group. There is plenty of room to eat, sleep, and play, and the scenery in western North Carolina must be experienced. We hiked, rafted, visited Asheville several times ,etc. We had a great time.Contact Owner
