Hang Ten is a Newer Beach House located in the Osprey Waterfront Community. Surrounded by lush landscaping and palm trees. The home sits on a culdesac street with Stunning Views of the Ocean, Intracoastal and Bay.
The Ocean and Beach access is a 5 minute walk just over a little private bridge. The home comes with a private dock and boat slip(s) that can accommodate up to a 24' boat. (Proof of insurance is required). The public Boat Ramp is less than a mile away, so launch your boat for free and dock it for the entire week. Please call owner to discuss your boating requirements.
The first floor features a queen bedroom with water views, TV and shares a bathroom with the Bunk bedroom. The bedroom with the two twin beds has a door to the hall bath. There is also a queen sleeper bedroom/den with a TV on this level.
The second floor flows with its open living/dining area, and has a 46' Flat Screen TV. Hang out with everyone even while in the kitchen, which has all the creature comforts! The water views from this area are spectacular! You will be able to enjoy amazing sunsets over the bay! Master bedroom is on this same level complete with king bed, 42' Flat Screen TV, and a private master bath with jetted tub and huge walk in glass block shower.
Stow away in the third floor loft that has queen sleeper sofa, desk and wet bar. Finally reach new heights in the fourth floor lookout tower room complete with balcony and awesome views!
Curl up with a book on one of the Newly Furnished areas on two wrap around porches and open deck. Catch some rays or shade while sipping your favorite beverage, the choice is yours !
There is a private dock with a covered gazebo (new for 2015), perfect for fishing, crabbing, or relaxing (crab traps included).
A huge private outdoor shower to rinse, and a gas grill at ground level make for easy grilling. The home has a large driveway and grass area for kids to play. The street is a culdesac perfect for bike riding or strolling.
North Shore Country Club is 2 miles away and is open to the golfing community.
This home is seldom rented and we are only rent +/-4 weeks per season to parties of 10 or less to cover expenses. Linen package is included.

My family and I stayed at this home for the s one time. We had a wonderful time both at the beach which is a quick 5 min walk across the street and enjoying the dock. We brought our kayaks and had the perfect place to launch. My son caught two citation fish from Alligator Bay. The house is a great size with plenty of room for everyone and is neat and clean. We highly recommend this rental.Erin G.
Best family vacation!
What an amazing vacation spot! The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, and Rob couldn't have been more helpful with any questions we had. The private dock was perfect for fishing and the beach is just a short walk away. The kids had a blast playing in the waves and walking to buy slushies everyday. Excellent vacation home
We have been traveling to the north carolina for vacation for 20 years, have stayed in many different homes and this home was the best! Not a long walk to the beach, private area, beautiful views, and something for everyone. The owner was absolutely wonderful to deal with! We stayed the week leading up to July 4th. The community is amazing. Private, quiet streets, nice land scaping and beautiful intercostal expansive views. The beach is an easy walk with the new semiprivate access point immediately in front of the entrance to neighborhood making an easy 1 block walk. The home has been cared for personally. Bedrooms are clean, well designed and decorated. The master and master bath is huge. Decks wrap all around for expansive views. The dock off back and private deep water dock 2 doors down give plenty of options for boats. Amazing sunsets over intercostal. No criticisms other than we plan to stay again and hope availability stays open!!Challen B.

Beautiful sound front home in a quiet cove with a superb 180 degree view of the sound and intercoastal waterway. Wraparound deck and widows watch provide great voews of ocean and sound. Home is very well equiped with very clean, comfortable, nice size bedrooms. master has a large bath with large shower and bath tub. A short 4 to 5 minute walk to the beach. Good fishing for flounder and reds in the bay and intercostal. Crab can be caught off the pier. Good for kayaking off the pier in the quiet cove. Kayaks can be delivered by shop in Surf City. Robert, the owner, is quick to respond by email or phone if necessary. He was intent on ensuring we had an enjoyable time - very helpful with recommendations for the area. Carrollton, VAWonderful Family Vacation
We spent a week in this fabulous home this July. The house was even better then we expected. The view could not have been any better, cool breezes at night and huge wrap around decks to enjoy. The dock was perfect to kayak out from each morning and several good size Reds were caught through the week. Dolphin were in the bay and so fun to watch. Robert made sure we had everything we needed. great vacation home!
We arrived with our four teenagers and everyone instantly loved the home. They fished off the deck, caught crabs in the pots, and dug clams in the lagoon. The beach is a short walk and it was really nice that it was private. We brought our boat and Rob made it really easy for us. He also recommended another spot to clam by boat and we had great success there too. We went deep sea fishing on the Pelagic Huntet and caught our limit at the edge of the Gulf Stream. Excellent home and vacation. The owner, Rob, is great to work with too. Very attentive and desiring for us to have a good time.Nicole S.
Wonderful Experience at North Topsail Home
We brought our four kids (ages 3-10) to this home in August and had a wonderful vacation. The house was very clean and the pictures show it just how it is - amazing views, great amenities, beautiful decor, and good beach access. This was our second summer in Topsail and we far preferred it over our experience in 2012 at a home closer to Surf City. This house is in a terrific location in a very quiet neighborhood that is off the street so little traffic. The lot is a wonderful size, ensures privacy and is beautifully landscaped. Our kids loved the decks on two floors (with ample seating) and the top floor observation deck. The views are truly panoramic and the scenery, sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. From the side deck you can enjoy both sound and ocean views at once! Our kids also enjoyed the private dock - crabbing and skipping rocks. The beach is an easy five minute walk and the owner left a wagon that we used to tote all our tonnage. The outdoor shower was super useful after beach time... I don't think our kids used the indoor showers at all the whole week! (Except for the master jetted tub...they enjoyed that!) There is also a parking pad right near the beach access that we used on occasion. The owner was very courteous and responsive - a pleasure to deal with before, during and after our stay. This vacation home truly exceeded our expectations with all it offered. We didn't want to leave and hope to be back!High Maintenance

Wonderful family vacation spent in a lovely, modern and clean home! I'm what some would call "high maintenance" and "ocd" .... I was extremely pleased with this home and wasn't ready to leave. I especially liked the hardwood floors and lots of windows to see the waterway (and the kids) from. Also liked that the master suite is on a level separate from the other bedrooms. Made me feel like I had my own private oasis when I needed it. Lots of outside seating on multiple decks perfect for reading or just to get fresh air while enjoying the view. Great location with everything you need. The owner was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. He even contacted me after our vacation to see if we enjoyed ourselves. Wish I could afford to go back and stay a week per season.jennifer W.
Wonderful trip!
Just returned from a mother/daughter beach trip. A perfect house for such a trip, and we all agreed we would stay here and do it again in a heartbeat. Very beautiful home with amazing views from every side! The back deck overlooking the intercostal waterway is wonderful....we ate many meals out there. We miss it!!Contact Owner
