PROPERTY Description
Crazy Daisy is a 1940’s farmhouse with an interior that has been completely remodeled and furnished with cabin decor. It has electric fireplaces in both the living room and bedroom that can be used year round. It has a king size bed (with no foot board for the tall people). The bedroom has a TV with satellite that includes HBO and Cinemax. It has a bathroom with a shower. There is a granite countertop in the full kitchen(refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwaher and microwave). This house also has a washer and dryer, so you don't have to pack alot of clothes. Towels, washclothes, and bed linens are provided. It has a nice hot tub on the covered porch, so if it happens to be raining or snowing, you will still be able to relax and enjoy it. There are also two rocking chairs out on the porch to relax in as well. Crazy Daisy has a firepit with two comfy chairs. All you will need to bring for a nice campfire experience is firewood, hotdogs, and marshmallows. There is fast cable WiFi and good cell phone service. It is located about 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Waynesville. Downtown Asheville and Brevard are only 30 minutes away.

- Queen Beds (the Hanky Panky, Bearidise Ridge cottage, Crazy Daisy and Stoney Fork have King Beds)

- Microwave, stove, fridge w/ freezer and Icemaker,dishwasher,toaster, coffee maker (Mr. Coffee 12 cup)
- Satellite TV with HBO/Cinemax and lots of music channels(local channel is 13 for news and wheather)
- Gas fireplace – operational from Oct – April. Dreamin Hollow and Crazy Daisy has an Electric Fireplace operational year round
- Gas grill(Crazy Daisy and Stoney Fork Have Charcoal grills)
- Heat and Air Conditioning
- Washer, dryer and laundry soap
- Ashtray for smoking outside on the porch only. Absolutely No Smoking Inside ($200 Fee if smoke or damage is found)
- No Candles Allowed inside or outside (there will be a $200 fee if any wax, candles or signs of candles are found)
- Emergency phone is located in the wellhouse(on the 25 Little Stoney Fork Road Properties)
- No campfires allowed on the premises, except Bearidise Ridge, Stoney Fork, Crazy Daisy and Cozy Creekside Cottages which have firepits (please use them responsibly and bring your own firewood)

We give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee) for any reason if you take out our cancellation assurance policy which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.
