Great Place to stay

We have been coming to MB for over 10 years, this is the best place that we have stayed in, great location, house has everything you could think of, with a beautiful view, great kitchen, pool, BBQs... everything that you could want.. We had 10 adults in the house and had plenty of room. We will be staying there again next year, Thank you Mr. Hetsler for sharing your home with us.

Excellent vacation rental

The unit 101 was better than advertised and Ron, the owner, was very accommodating and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Amazing unit, location, and assistance!

My group of 19 had the best time staying in this unit. The amenities were great, we used the pool and hot tub every day, the beach was beautiful, and we all slept comfortably. The owner was extremely attentive, responsive and helpful. We had arrived without there being towels or sheets in the unit, but this was immediately remedied by the owner who sent in the housekeeping staff right away. Additionally, some of our members locked themselves out of the unit and i got a call from the owner asking if everything was alright. He worked us through the process and got us back in no problem. Lastly, the cake that was left for us in the fridge was incredible!! Thank you for the perfect vacation spot; this was the best week we've had in a long time thanks to this unit and the service that comes with it!

While the description is completely accurate, there is so much more that could be included. Rodney is more responsive than one could imagine - hospitality is at his core! The kitchen is so fully stocked with equipment, whatever you choose to create, you are able. The pictures are current and truly representative. On-site instructions are thorough and ongoing communication was fantastic. We asked many questions and never once felt as if we were imposing or interrupting. Well done!

Will consider this location when staying in North Myrtle with a group

Everything was as presented. Responses from the owner were in a timely manner. Easy access for the elderly and handicap in our group. Condo, pool, hot tub and beach area were clean and in good repair except for the pool chairs, good many need replaced because of being torn. Easy access to the pool, hot tub, and beach. Plenty of items in the kitchen for preparing meals in. Double frig/freezer were a plus. AC worked great. Minor maintenance issues that housekeeping and the HOA should be keeping up on. Overall good location, everything was as described, and would recommend this unit to family and friends.

Fabulous Condo

We have stayed at this condo, for a week, for the past several years in a row and we have throughly enjoyed it! Rodney, the owner is very responsive and accommodating. The condo is a great space for family and friends to get together without feeling like it is crowded. The kitchen is stocked with a waffle maker, bagel/toaster, crockpot and many pots and pans that make meals easy to make. Great location to grocery stores. We would highly recommend this condo!

Lovely condo, fully equipped, beautiful views of the beach

Our family group, ranging in age from 4 to 85 years, stayed the week of July 2 - 9, 2016. The condo (101) was accurately depicted and described on the website in regard to location, layout, and amenities. The kitchen was excellently equipped and we took full advantage of that. The owner, Rod, was very easy to work with and prior to our stay, answered any communications within hours or, at the most, a day. That personal touch was excellent. As others have stated, there was a large cake in the fridge waiting for us. Yum! We enjoyed that for a few days. We had a couple minor issues with towels and beds upon arrival which were immediately resolved (within 1 hour of our arrival) by the owner, Rod. The AC seemed to have some difficulty keeping the place cool, and upon inspection of the units, we found the filters to be completely clogged. We removed them and informed Rod, who indicated they would be replaced when we checked out. The AC worked fine without the clogged filters. The place could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival and, upon our departure, WE were required to strip the beds and cart all dirty linens downstairs and empty all of the waste baskets. I would have expected the cleaning fee we paid to cover all of that. There was some grumbling about it. The people in the back bedrooms complained about exterior lights that shown brightly through the blinds at night. There were no room darkening curtains in those rooms. They ended up hanging blankets over the curtain rods. A simple fix, but curtains would be most welcome in those rooms. I am surprised no one else mentioned that in their reviews. The beds all have noisy plastic mattress covers under the cotton mattress covers which was a bit obnoxious and the pillows have seen better days. However, these few items did not in any way diminish our fun in the condo or at the beach, which was beautiful! The pool was crystal clear and there were many lounge chairs around it for use. There were also several (4, I believe) beach chairs in the condo's storage unit which we used. And, lots of beach toys for kids. I would recommend this condo to anyone. And, as stated previously, the owner, Rod, was great!

It was an awesome place and we had a great time .

We had a great time stay in the Alantis unit 101. The owner was always avaiable for an questions we had and the place is wonderful. I would highly recommend and we are already trying to book it again for next year. Thanks Rodney and look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful unit and vacation

Rented this unit directly from the owner who could not have been more accommodating. This was a family reunion for 17 ranging in age from 74 to 2 years old. Unit was just as presented. There was a wonderful sheet cake in the refrigerator welcoming us to his property. What a nice touch that was devoured by 17 travel-weary people. The unit was spotless, the kitchen stocked with every utensil imaginable, pot, pan & dish you could possibly use. Having 2 full refrigerators was the best - one for beverages and one for food. The balconies were great with wonderful lounging chairs. We drove while the rest of the party flew. What I did not know was there was a locker with at least 10 brand new beach chairs. Had I known this I would not have packed 7 beach chairs in the back of our truck. The only critique of the condo - and not of the unit owner - would be to see tables and chairs under the pergola down by the fire pit. Having a table to sit at would have been great. These accommodations were wonderful. I would rent this unit again. Kathy White Walls and Kathy McGraw

Girls Golf Week

we are a group of 11 girls who have traveled together for years for a golf vacation. Found this condo last year and immediately booked for the next year (2015). We have just returned from another wonderful trip made better from the wonderful accommodations. The balcony is wonderful. Our days began and ended here!! The kitchen has every imaginable utensil and pot. Lots of dishes and wine glasses!! The owner is wonderful to works with. We have found our beach home for our golfing beach vacation!!!😀👍
