Owner's Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel, requests must be received via email to Julia Hart at juliaholdridge518@gmail.co. In the event Guest must cancel this reservation more than 45 days prior to arrival, Guest shall receive a refund of all payments made
by Guest, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations 45 to 15 days before arrival will receive a refund of payments, less 25% of the rental payments. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payments.

Wonderful time!
Our stay at Yellow House was the third week of March. The house is wonderful, two blocks from the beach and very close to the restaurants in town (walking distance). It has a nice driveway which can fit 2 cars well, and a nice yard. The house is well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. It is a great place, we would definitely stay here again. So much better than a condo. Julia was also very nice.

Great location!
Minutes walk to the beach, close to stores, and about 20 minutes to Charleston. The cottage is cozy and up to date. My husband, toddler daughter, and myself had a great trip! The only negative is the issues we had with the ants. When we arrived we were greeted by an infestation of them on the kitchen counter. Julia and Mark were responsive but the ants showed up here and there during our stay. This sort of things happens near beaches unfortunately. It did NOT damper our trip at all but it wasn't the best way to start it. One big plus is the comfy king size bed. Major plus! I would recommend this place to others and stay again :)

Very special place.
Was on Golf Vacation and came across this very special place. Very clean and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend for any vacationers.

2 couples in town for a wedding
My fiance and I ended up flying in a day early because we were concerned hurricane Michael may impact our original flight. We stayed in a hotel downtown for our first night in SC. Julia let us know that the house was ready before the listed 4:00pm check-in time and allowed us to get in early. It was appreciated so we didn't have to cart our luggage around, killing time after we had to check out of the hotel and before we could get into the yellow house. This was my first time in Isle of Palms/Charleston area. The beach house was perfect for our party - 2 couples in town for a wedding. The house was well suited and had everything we needed. It was a super quick walk to the beach where I happily enjoyed my coffee each morning we were in town. Thank you for allowing us to use your beach house! We are already dreaming of our return to the area.

No Stairs
We have enjoyed Thanksgiving week in this cute little cottage for the past couple of years. It is in a great location - close to the beach, downtown Charleston, and Sullivan's Island. One of the best features is that you don't have to lug your suitcases up and down stairs! Julia is great too! My daughter-in-law left clothes in the closet and Julia went out of her way to get them back to her.

Nice cabin
we enjoyed our stay. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was a little hard to find when we arrived because it was dark but once we found it no problems. Quick bike ride to the beach or shops on IOP.

Great cottage, as pictured. Clean and comfortable
Beds were comfortable. Home was clean with plenary of “starter” soap, etc. owners even left a snack which was a nice touch. Close to IOP shops and restaurants so we could walk or ride bikes there.
