Brand new for 2007, it's a beautiful place, nicely decorated and has ceramic tile on floors in living areas & Baths. Kitchens have Corian Counter tops and all appliances a laundry room with Washer & Dryer, Not your average rental property it was designed as a permanent home. There is an in-ground Private pool that is heated April through November, with lots privacy. The Children and parents alike will love the 768 square foot recreation room with pool table, and arcade games and large Wet-Bar. Only 400' to the beach, and there are ocean views from the living area and porches. With 5 bedrooms & 7 baths 3800 square feet, there is room for the entire family. Each bedroom and the two living areas have a TV and DVD. There is an outdoor grill, fully equipped kitchen with smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, refrigerator, and lots of cabinets. The house has a full size washer and dryer, plus we furnish all linens and toilet tissue at no extra charge and there is no departure cleaning fee. Activities:

Awesome Vacation Home!
Our family recently completed our second vacation at this great house. We found the house to be spacious, clean and family friendly. The location is perfect! Shops and restaurants are nearby and plentiful! And the beach, well it's three minutes away! The owner, Dewey Link, is a phone call away and very prompt with any concerns you may have. Everything we needed was there. So close to the beach. It was great. Being handicapped, I was especially thankful for the elevator. However I wish the bathrooms were more handicapped accessible. Our entire family had a great time. I would recommend this property to everyone.Kathryn G.

This is a great home for large families. There were 14 of us from the age of 12 to 65, and all of our needs and comfort were met. The elevator was especially nice considering my husband has a foot injury that limits his mobility. The living room, dining area is very large and comfortable, as are the bedrooms. Main covered deck sits at least six (we did daily!!!). The pool is a little small, but heated and we were never crowded. Truly within a quick walking distance of the ocean. For us, the best part is that while we were very close to many activities, stores and dining sites, the home is located in a quiet community. If there is a downside to the unit, it would be if you are planning on preparing meals there, you are limited with cookware. One the plus side.... I inquired about a waffle maker, and when I arrived Trudy had one available! She was determined to make your experiance a great one. We are ready to rebook for the 2019 vacation!Julie G.
Perfect
This house was perfect for our family. Spacious with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The game room and golf cart were an added bonus plus so close to the beach. We will definitely booked again.John H.
Perfect location, great value, highly recommend
Very close to the beach (closer than it appears- did not even need the golf cart). Newer home with all amenities. Elevator great for hauling luggage up to the third floor. One of the tallest homes in the neighborhood - so, third floor balcony is lovely place to sit in the evening. Layout of rooms is a bit funky, but lots of space - possible to even put one of the extra beds in the hallway (yes, the 3rd floor hallway is about the size of a small bedroom). Hate to be nit-picky about the following, but some things may need attention very soon: 1) washer is bouncing and banging and making a lot of noise, 2) Bit of a musty odor in basement but not enough to really complain about at this time (probably a good idea to get rid of the shag carpet), 3) Foosball table "playing field" is slightly off - causing ball to become unplayable many times during game, 4) The only real complaint I can think of concerns the beds = they are very firm and springy (would like to see at least a few foam mattresses among the dozens of mattresses that seem to be everywhere) - Good mattresses are something I have yet to come across anywhere I have been and is crucial for people with back problems. After a few nights, I start losing sleep and am forced to take naps during the day.Myles F.

Awesome Experience! Great Place to Stay!!
Was greeted by the owner, Dewey! Very nice man who showed us where things were and how to use the things in the house. Family got a kick out of the elevator and the heated pool! Very spacious and Tamara, Dewey's assistant, was very helpful from start to finish. One of the best features is not ever having to wait for a bathroom!! Quick area and very close to the beach. Golf cart was very useful for taking out the trash. Love the long dining table, which was used nightly for game night and dinners!! Loved the video arcade games and pool table. House was very close to shopping and eateries. Would definitely stay again!!
