PROPERTY Description
Courtside 61 is under new ownership and they have performed several upgrades. The unit has all new carpet, new bedding, new living room sleeper sofa, new dining room chairs, new tile floors and faucets in the bathrooms along with many other decorative items. The condo is just a short walk to the beach and just steps to the pool. Courtside 61 has a key less entry lock, wireless internet, and flat screen TV's.

We have refreshed and updated many areas of our 2nd home to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are so many wonderful activities on Hilton Head Island besides the adventure of exploring areas surrounding the island. The community here continues to improve with new shopping, restaurants, the Arts, cycling, tennis, golfing, boating, cruises, historic tours and refurbishing the beaches.
Spending a day at the beach is one of our favorite things to do. We are only a block and a half from the gorgeous 12 mile beach. Walking along the calming water, playing frisbee, building sand castles, reading, and just sitting and being graced with dolphins checking us out can?t be beat!
On those days that you just want to stay close and relax at home, our unit is in great proximity to 1 of 2 on site pools. Just pull up a chair and sit by the pool.
When you?re up for a game of tennis, walk over to Van Der Meer tennis center. Or take in a round of golf at one of the 25 golf courses. For night life, there are wine bars, night clubs, dinner cruises, and fantastic theaters.

The condo is an open end unit with lots of light and perfectly located near the lagoon just steps to the pool. This unit is a ground floor unit with no steps and parking directly in front of the condo.
Courtside is located 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and near Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza has several shops and restaurants for entertainment. You can take a stroll or short bike ride over for some ice cream after a hot summer day.

Courtside 61
Unit is wonderful - great location - has a lot of nice amenities Only maintenance issue was tub drains were very slow - reported to rental company right away but never saw an improvement - not sure if they came & worked on them or not - no note left or anything. Also reported that hand towels & wash clothes looked like rags (very worn/used/grey) asked for new and only new bath towels were delivered never got hand towels or wash cloths but that is on the cleaning company not the unit or Seashore.Family Getaway
The property was nice and clean. Location was very convenient. Just a short walk to the beach or to the shopping plazas.Contact Owner
