PROPERTY Description
Offering dazzling views of the Folly river and marina, this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is a great choice for your next low country escape. Tastefully decorated with coastal chic decor, the open and airy floor plan creates a welcoming environment. The master bedroom features a King size bed, while the guest bedrooms offers two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. A marina and crabbing/fishing dock is directly outside or you can watch the gorgeous sunset views from the private deck and screened porch. Guests also have full use of the on-site Olympic-size pool from April through mid-October and tennis court, which are just steps away. Mariners Cay 68 is roughly a half a mile from the beach and approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston.

Beautiful property in Paradise
This home is located in a beautiful area of South Carolina. There was a minor issue in the home upon our arrival but the property managers were fantastic in resolving the problem. With life being so busy here in New England we felt in touch again with nature and came home refreshed. Thank you for your southern hospitality and hope to return one day soon!Craig B.

Seeing dolphins and enjoying coffee.
The best part about this location is seeing dolphins daily, morning and evening. The other great thing is it's quiet, close enough to the beach and city but far enough to enjoy some peace. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the home when we arrived. We also had some condensation issues with bathroom vents and the air. The home is nice, a little dated upstairs but nice. Plenty of room and comfy.Contact Owner
