Step inside this custom-built home and you will find a living area that features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, cozy gas log fireplace, and large flat screen TV with a comfortable leather sectional sofa. The great room opens to the dining area with a large table with seating for up to 8. You?ll be amazed at the space the kitchen area offers. Perfect for preparing family meals! The laundry room is also near the kitchen area.
The spacious main level master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite master bathroom with jetted tub, separate step in shower and double vanities. There is also access to the screened in porch from the master.
The main level also offers two additional bedrooms that offer comfy queen size beds and flat screen TV in each. They share both a full bath and a half bath in the hallway.
Climb the steps to the upstairs loft and you will find a spacious area with wonderful mountain views from the windows and a pool table for your entertainment pleasure. This home also offers WiFi so you can connect to the internet no matter where you are.
Downstairs, you will find a comfy den area with sofa, loveseat, table & 4 chairs, large screen TV and another gas log fireplace as well. There?s even an exercise room with gym quality equipment for those fitness buffs that wish to work out while on vacation. Another full bath with tub and shower is also on this level.
The backyard features a gazebo and swing for those wishing to just take a breath and enjoy nature.
Take the short walk back down to the common river access, where you will find a fire pit and picnic table for dining by the New River.
Located within 10 minutes from the towns of Jefferson, Lansing and West Jefferson, venture in one day and discover the family owned shops, art galleries, gift shops and unique restaurants they have to offer. Or, head north into Virginia and visit the town of Whitetop or Damascus where you can rent bikes and ride the famous Virginia Creeper Trail.
