Our experience was extremely disappointing. The pictures on the listing do not match the reality of the rental. It has not been well maintained and it was not cleaned up to anyone?s expectation for a rental that charges as much as this week. The pictures and the contract are misleading compared to addition the air conditioning was not working on the day we arrived. After communication with turn key (who is not located locally) and the owner of the units we were blamed as renters that we turns down the air temp too low causing it to shut off. Reality proved to be the was broken and needed service it had nothing to do with us turning it down to 72? vs 74? as the owner nastily communicated to us. The outdoor space should have been a great place to hang out but the space and pool were not well kept resulting in extra cleaning that we needed to do and a constant barrage of flies. The location is great 1/2 block to the beach but the price was not worth the interiors or exteriors which were very poorly maintained. I have numerous pictures to back up if needed.
