Relaxing and much Needed Peace and Privacy
I love Little Switzerland. We have friends with houses there and go often with but wanted a week away with my husband for our anniversary and my birthday. Unfortunately, my husband who is a 2x stroke survivor fell and broke his shoulder so I went to the Call of the Mountains alone "to celebrate". The cabin was so warm and peaceful, no houses around and having coffee on the porch over looking the mountains was my favorite time. At night it was quite and peaceful. The cabin is decorated very nicely, you feel right at home, and Chris was most helpful with any questions and details I needed. ironically, a few months ago, my husband and I ware staying with friends and heard that a place was for sale on the same road as Call of the Mountains and we drove up and I couldn't find the house, turned around, and got "stuck" in a ditch due to rain. We quickly got out without any problems after I the panic wore off but the neat things is the cabin was just up the hill and hidden. I just love the privacy. perfect for a respite and retreat from busy life! Thank you!
