PROPERTY Description
Imagine sitting in front of a relaxing fire pit looking out at an amazing sunset on Lake Hartwell. You will have a quiet cove with a sandy beach to play on located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A very nice dock is available for your boat and to swim.There's a covered back porch, a deck with a gas grill , a relaxing hammock and plenty of firewood. Boats are available for rent at the Big Water Marina which is only a 5 minute drive or 3 minute boat ride one cove over. They have a easy access boat ramp and there is a gas station at the end of our road. If all of the exterior features weren't enough, Inside there's a 4 foot by 7 foot projector TV with DirecTV. The house also comes with many board games and dvds. It has Hughes net wifi. This cozy cabin is only 35 minutes to Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 15 minutes to Hartwell, GA. Additionally, there's a sunroom in-case you like to stay cool (or warm, depending on the season). This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a wonderful time of peace and fun

Short stay; comfortable.
My wife and I stayed two nights for a fishing tournament. The house has nice furniture and one awesome projector screen TV. The house sits one a quiet cove with great views of the lake. Easy for swimming, kayaking and fishing.Charles K.

So peaceful. Beautiful lake. Quiet. Convenient to everything. Walmart 6 miles. Fast food 6 miles. Marina in the next cove to rent pontoon. Projection screen tv really nice. AC was very cold. Good selection of board games to play. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of cleaning supplies.Contact Owner
