Our newly renovated condo at the St. Regis was not rented until 2016. It has been tastefully decorated with 2 wall mounted TV's. You will love the family oriented island with white sandy beaches, plenty of sea shells and lots of relaxation~ 2 Pools, 1 indoor (seasonal only-currently under renovation) and 1 outdoor (seasonal only opening 4/6/19) with a Cabana during summer months. Ocean’s Edge Restaurant right on site just take the elevator up to the seventh floor for the most beautiful views (opening in March), Ice Cream Shop (seasonal), Golf and Pier Fishing close by!
We rent only for 7 nights Saturday to Saturday during peak season.
There are planned renovations for the indoor pool in the winter/spring of 2019, the reopening date has not been disclosed yet by the HOA. Please note the indoor pool currently closed with no scheduled reopening date as of yet!
There are planned renovations for the roofs, beach accesses and other common areas that will be taking place in 2019. These renovations will not affect the inside of the condo however, there will be construction crews onsite.

Our goal is to make your vacation a pleasant stay.
Newly renovated and new to the rental market (Not rented every week-family use)
2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (Queen in Master, Twin Beds in 2nd room and Pull Out Couch in Living room) Linen not included. However, there are linen services on the island.

The Family Fun Zone is now open in Building 3 on the lobby level. We currently have a pool table, foosball, and an air hockey game as well as several classic arcade games, pinball and vending machines.

North Topsail allows 4 wheel drive vehicles at the end of the island with proper fishing licenses and tags (within a mile from Condo)

North Topsail has a nice park with volley ball, basketball, tennis court and walk out docks to the intracoastal waterway.

ABOUT THE PRICING
Your Rate includes Taxes which are calculated into the daily or weekly rate! There is a $75 cleaning fee additional. Linen not included.
HURRICANE/STORM POLICY—REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION. WE WILL REFUND THE FOLLOWING:
A. ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM A GUEST CURRENTLY OCCUPYING THE UNIT FOR THE DAYS OF THE MANDATORY EVACUATION
B. FOR A GUEST THAT IS SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE DURING A MANDATORY EVACAUATION, THE DAYS NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE MANDATORY EVACUATION WILL BE REFUNDED.
The Damage Deposit will be kept if there is a late check-out.
