We are not investors, just a family that rents out our villa to help pay for expenses. We offer the lowest weekly all-inclusive rates and special weekend rates for the nicest condo on the island! For all rentals, gorgeous new Yamaha golf cart, two amenity cards and we pay for half the cleaning fee included for all weekly rentals year round.
This newly updated two bedroom, two bath first floor villa is perfectly located in the center of the Beach Club on 'Fabulous Fripp.' This tastefully decorated condo will give you a light and airy feel. New furnishings, new mattresses, and beautiful decor.
This is the perfect affordable getaway. Beach Club Villa 170 accommodates up to five guests (but only 4 adults). Sleeping accommodations offer a king-size master suite with it's own private bathroom, a second bedroom with queen-size bed, as well as a twin day bed. Each bedroom has it's own TV. This spacious villa boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, comfortable living space, screened porch overlooking the canal, marsh and crabbing dock, two bathrooms, washer and dryer in unit. This lovely unit is ideal for a family who wants to be steps from the beach and close to everything. It's first floor location makes it convenient for seniors or anyone not wishing to navigate a lot of stairs.
Imagine waking in the morning to the sounds of birds chirping and the sun glistening off the marsh. Step out your door for a morning stroll on the beach. Go crabbing or fishing on the private dock right outside your back door. Go biking or play a round of golf. Relax on the beach, visit the shops or just enjoy the quiet serenity that is Fripp Island - OR - take the short 20 minute drive into beautiful, historic Beaufort for lunch in a quaint cafe, shopping, and gallery hopping. Ride the horse and buggy for a colorful tour of this magnificent town oozing with Southern charm and hospitality. Visit the lighthouse on Hunting Island or fish off it's seemingly endless pier. Then head back to your own little slice of the beach where you can enjoy the sunset and a Pina Colada with the sounds of live music wafting from the Sandbar.
The kids will love the activities available in summer at Camp Fripp. Dolphin cruises, nature walks, arts and crafts, beach Olympics and the wonderful camp counselors are sure to entertain the little ones. The Cabana Pool is a must with children. Enjoy lunch by the pool while the kiddies splash about in the frog pool and run through the misting cave!

We do not rent to college students or anyone under 25. If we provide a deep discount or for rentals of less than four days, amenity cards and the cleaning fee will be additional. For our golf cart, there is no charge to use the cart; but, you will be charged for a service we've hired that will pick up the cart, clean and refuel the cart at the end of your stay. This service is listed as the "Property Fee".

We love the location of the villa on the island!
Very clean - tastefully decorated - great kitchen with all of the utensils needed for cooking the fresh fish and shrimp that are in season! Love the use of the gas golf cart - No worries about the charge on the battery. Can't wait to go back in 2020!!!!Jacquee j.
Perfect Vacation
We had a wonderful time on Fripp and loved staying here! The villa had everything we needed for cooking all our meals and the smart TVs gave us plenty of television and movie options at night. The screened in patio was perfect for coffee, meals, and playing games - we enjoyed watching the herons and egrets as they fished. The central location made everything we wanted to do a quick trip. The villa is beautifully decorated and very well maintained, thank you for a memorable week in the island!Melissa S.
Great little island
The pictures don't do the area justice. The condo is right across the street from a beautiful sandy beach. Watching the tide come in and out of the canal from the back porch was relaxing.....walked out with my coffee onto the dock each morning. The Bonito Boathouse restaurant was fantastic with a gorgeous sunset view during dinner; the kids enjoyed making candles and piggy banks and other activities at the activity center. Got a quick pizza at the snack bar across the street our first night, worst pizza ever but we are from CT and CT makes a great pizza, so, we are pizza spoiled lol. Condo was clean and spacious and perfectly located. Great time, thank you for sharing your condo with us!James B.
Great Fripp Trip
Overall it was a great experience! We will definitely be back. The villa location was perfect for us. Love the privacy of the island. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Driving the golf cart around the island was fun for all. Close encounters with the wildlife was unforgettable. Hopefully we will return this summer with more family and rent Greg�s beach house which we were able to tour. It�s beautiful! Thanks again Greg.Sara M.
Great Condo for family vacation
2nd year in this condo, great week of vacation on Fripp Island. Central location was close to pools and beach. Enjoyed riding around on the golf cart to drag around beach gear and go watch the sunset at the south end. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Loved seeing the deer from the balcony. Wonderful and relaxing
Perfect location for families. Ice cream shop and pool directly across the street. Beach across the street with easy beach access. Property overlooks the inlet/marsh and is great for fishing. Great bike paths. Kids loved the golf cart. Tennis courts just outside the front door. Owners were very responsive to questions and very informative.Kevin K.
