Bask in the sun in your private 40' x 16' Pool with large concrete decking or load up the chairs and sun tan lotion and take a short stroll to the beach (no streets to cross). Located in the quiet town of Southern Shores, this comfortable home offers everything you need to enjoy your visit including a fully equipted kitchen with top line appliances and all the equiptment you will need. Large TV in Living Area plus mounted TV's in 3 of the bedrooms. Kids will love the spiral staircase up to the loft with 2 additional twin beds. Full size washer and dryer. Pool open from May 1 thru September 30. Minimum 7 day stay Sunday to Sunday rental during high season and 3 day minimum any available days the remaining months. Note the rental does not include linens.
