PROPERTY Description

This professionally decorated condo has hardwood floors in each room and has been freshly painted. All of the furniture has been newly purchased. It is located minutes away from all of the amenities of Uptown and very close to I-77 & I-85.

The kitchen has granite counter tops with a new sink. It is packed with every kitchen utensil needed as well as a toaster, blender, and coffee maker.

The two full bathrooms have newer tile with spa quality towels.

Great 3 Month stay

Great 3 month stay. Jack was flexible with the move in time. Apartment has everything you need. Plenty of parking. Quiet location and close enough to uptown/ anything you need.

Great for people and pets

The condo is in a great location. It was clean upon my arrival. A few maintenance concerns during my stay but all handled within 24 hours of reporting them to the owner. Owner is friendly and attentive. I would stay again if I am back in this area. I travel with a 5lb dog and this is a pet friendly property with lots of walking areas.

Convenient and Comfortable Location

I rented this unit for an extended stay (September 1 through October 31, 2013. The location was convenient to downtown as well as outlying areas, and in a quiet development. The price was reasonable and the unit was well furnished and comfortable. Wi-Fi and many cable viewing options were welcome pluses. Shopping and many restaurants are close by. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Priced just right!

This was a great option for our young family since our home we were building was not yet ready. We stayed here for a month. Unit has everything you need, including a washer and dryer just bring your toothbrush and tooth paste and your set. Neighborhood is quiet and nice, and location is excellent. Owner was flexible and made us feel comfortable. Great experience.

Great Value, Great Location, Accommodating Owner!

I rented this unit for an extended stay (September 8th through November 15th, 2012. I found it to be a great value, priced right. It was spacious, well furnished and had all the necessary modern amenities. This unit was also in a very nice, family friendly development and it's location was great (just outside of Meyers Park). It is close to downtown as well as great neighborhood restaurants. The other thing worth mentioning, when the unit had a cable problem, the landlord was very responsive and the cable was fixed immediately. I will definately rent this unit again!
