Thank you for considering our privately owned home for your very important oceanfront vacation. We want you to return year after year, so please let us know how we are doing. You will be able to directly communicate with us by phone or email when you rent our home, "Beach Time", located in the heart of Topsail Island, NC.
"Beach Time" is a direct ocean-front home that provides a truly idyllic setting for family vacations and relaxing getaways. It offers all of the amenities needed for a stress-free time while at the beach. As an added bonus, we include a FREE BED SHEET SERVICE for our guests. We've purchased brand new sheets for all beds and they will be freshly laundered every week for you! We also provide bath mats. You only need to bring along towels for personal use and the beach OR you can simply order from one of many local vendors who bring towels directly to the home! Message me for details or inquire by email. We want our guests to know that we appreciate them. No more hassles trying to pack everything! And to top it all off, for better television viewing, the home has all NEW FLAT SCREEN TVs.
A FEW OTHER NOTABLE THINGS ABOUT THE HOME
It features a reverse floor plan that is open and spacious. The kitchen and living room are located on the top floor for spectacular views of dolphins and sunrises or sunsets. A queen sleeper sofa adds more sleeping capacity up to 10 people. For additional relaxation outside, a dining table and Adirondack chairs provide comfortable viewing on the ocean-front deck. As already mentioned, a new flat screen TV complements the upstairs living quarters. TV service is through Spectrum and Netflix is also available.
WiFi is available throughout the entire house.
On the lower floor, two ocean-front master bedrooms provide queen-sized beds, brand new flat-screen TVs, and private baths. Two sound-side bedrooms have two single beds each with new flat screen TVs and a shared bath. There is a full size washer and dryer on the lower floor, with an ironing board and iron provided (for those who feel compelled).
An exterior shower with hot and cold water makes a quick shower possible when coming off the ocean. There is ample parking space under the building for 4 vehicles.

- Dishes & Utensils (Lovely white china serving for 10 guests. Plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, and wine/beer glasses. Beach friendly plastic containers/cups. Serving dishes and plenty of pots/pans. Kitchen knives too.)

NCChristmas visit
We were in town for a family Christmas gathering, the weather was dreary, rainy and foggy, but the home was a quiet and beautiful escape from the party. The view was gorgeous on Sunday! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Check out is at 10am and don't be late! When we headed out at 9:45am we noticed the cleaning person was already there.Contact Owner
