PROPERTY Description
This top floor Kiawah Island vacation rental is located at 4832 Green Dolphin Way. It is completely upgraded with luxury finishes! This two bedroom, open floor plan is flooded with natural light, has hardwood floors throughout, and is only a five minute walk to the beach. With elevated ceilings and a wall of windows, the main living space provides an ideal vantage point for soaking in Kiawah’s natural beauty. The living room features comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals on vacation, and the dining area offers lagoon views. The master bedroom offers a Sleep Number king bed where you can enjoy lagoon views, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and beautiful tile shower. The second bedroom offers two full beds, a flat screen TV, and an entrance to the second bathroom. The spacious screened porch allows for al fresco dining or relaxing in the cool breeze. The villa is equipped with full-size washer and dryer as well as high speed wireless internet.
Effective January 1, 2019, guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.
A $45 non-refundable damage fee is charged to each reservation.
Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.
RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

A great girlfriends' retreat!
The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo is beautifully decorated and spotless, with parking right outside. We loved the luxurious mattresses and bedding, the fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful attention to detail - like the phone chargers and coasters on the bedside tables. The best part was the screened in porch with comfortable furniture and pillows, little patio lights, ceiling fan, gorgeous view of the water, bird calls in the early morning. We rented bikes and travelled the shady pathways, went to the beach, spent a great day in Charleston, and ate at the local restaurants - all terrific. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come again!Kim A.
Beautifully renovated, comfortable condo with great view
Had a lovely stay at this nicely renovated and decorated condo with a great view of the lagoon. Especially enjoyed peaceful mornings on the screened in porch on the lookout for alligators. Home is comfortably furnished and kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing delicious local seafood. Stop at Rosebanks on the way in for local fish, shrimp, and produce, as well as their delicious pimento cheese and key lime pie!Contact Owner
