Tower is located right up against the dunes of the Grand Strand beaches. Views from this 18th floor, southern facing balcony are STUNNING. Panoramic, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. Also has equal views of the summer sunsets over Myrtle Beach and Murrell's inlet.

Condo is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. 33 acre oceanfront paradise offers 6 pools, lazy river, multiple hot tubs, tennis courts, and groomed sandy beaches with Atlantic waters that stay warm through Decenmber!!

Custom decorated with faux painting, modern and updated furnishings, hard wood laminate floors, ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Ultra-plush carpet in bedrooms. Master bedroom with Queen Sized bed, private bathroom with full sized tub, private HD-LED TV, separate balcony entrance. 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with 1 set of bunk beds and 1 twin bed. Sofa sleeper pulls out to a full Queen sized bed. Condo sleeps 5-7 comfortably.

We recently refreshed the apartment with new paint and added a new 40 inch LED 4K UHD-TV with a smart, wireless, Blue-ray DVD player... (for the days when you've had enough sun or during the brief afternoon rain shower)

It's a great year to vacation in sunny, fun filled Myrtle Beach. The 33 acre Myrtle Beach Resort offers you nearly 700 feet of white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Six swimming pools, both indoor and out, three health spas complete with steam rooms, saunas and Jacuzzis, combine with six of the Grand Strand's finest lighted tennis courts, basketball court, 375 ft lazy river with wet deck and game room to offer every guest a vacation to remember.

This 2 bedroom, 2-bath condominium offers a private balcony for relaxing in the warm breezes with beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean, beach and sunset. Functional design coupled with luxurious appointments create an ocean front ambiance worthy of a world class resort. There is an ocean front cabana bar (catering to the non-drinkers as well), a poolside snack bar, and an on-site convenience store and deli - and you may never want to leave. But, if you do, Murrell's Inlet with its many famous restaurants or our newest complex, Broadway at the Beach, are only minutes away. The entire Resort is protected by a 24 hour security patrol. You could not select a more convenient lodging location for a secluded, self-contained visit.

Myrtle Beach has consistently been rated as one of the TOP Family beaches in the US. There are hundreds of things for families to do on vacation... or simply do nothing and relax by the pool or enjoy the sounds of the surf.

If less than 1 week to rental you would have to send certified funds over night or we welcome credit card payments. (Add 3% for any credit card transactions). Weekly rental includes all fees. (Cleaning, linens, etc). SC tax is 12% and charged separately. Refundable addtional $300 damage security deposit required. Valid credit card and photo ID required to rent. (Must be at least 25 yrs old)

Great Vacation!

The condo is wonderful! Great views of the beach. The pools are a bit smaller than portrayed in the pictures but still provide plenty of fun.

Good way to vacation in MB

We have vacationed in MB 3 years in a row. This condo/resort has nice amenities, very well kept, and it is located in a centric area. The beach is in a nice area and it is close to few attactions, Walmart, fishing pier, etc. It is the best accomodations that had in MB. It is worth consider if you want to relax and have some fun with your family.

Very nice rental unit

The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very very fast to respond with any questions I had. The view was great and the resort as a whole was wonderful. So much to do right there on the property. There were chairs and other beach gear available for use in the unit as well. We had no issues with parking or long waits for elevators. Everything went well. Be prepared to bring soap, toilet paper, trash bags etc. none of that was supplied. We were used to that, as many rentals are like this and a quick stop at Walmart before check in was all we needed. We brought our own beach towels as well. The checkout process requires you to do a lot of cleaning including vacuuming and emptying the vacuum. We checked out at 4am so we did everything the night before. The trash chute was locked that early so we ended up carrying out our trash and taking it to outside trash cans. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. The only thing I�d say was a con was the sofa bed mattress was very very uncomfortable. Thankfully my daughter was short enough to just sleep on the couch so we covered it with the sheets and she slept on it that way. Overall we would 100 percent stay here again. Great owner and great location.

Beautiful, pictures were spot on, everything was just as described

Property was great, everyone seems to complain about the elevators in the building, not the property owners fault, they really weren't that slow, had to wait a few minutes a couple times. We enjoyed everything about the area, the beach was great, the pools and lazy river were a hit with our 5 kids, the condo had room for our family of 7. Thanks for a great vacation!

Very convenient location. Great views

Stayed with inlaws who got the MB and my husband , daughter and myself in 2nd bedroom. Loved the fact it had a kitchen so we didn�t have to eat out all the time. Great pools especially the one directly below bakcony as it had shade till late morning Lazy river was my favorite We stayed here for 7 days and never had the feeling of wanting to leave

Lovely condo with a gorgeous oceanfront view!

I needed a last-minute place to stay at an affordable price, and Thomas came through for me! I was able to book my trip within two hours of first contacting him. The room has a gorgeous ocean view balcony and is right on the beach in the Myrtle Beach Resort. The Quarterdeck Restaurant on the beach was perfect so I didn't have to drive to any restaurants: I got my frozen Cobana Colada and fried fish fix right there. My friends and I had a blast, making dinner one of the nights in the fully-equipped kitchen. I'd recommend this condo to anyone visiting Surfside.
